Return Policy & Process

• To start a return please e-mail info@zenithmedicalsupplies.com. Please provide the

invoice number, item number and reason for return

• You must have a Return Authorization Label to return an item.

• A restocking form may need to be signed and approved first.

• All returns missing RA numbers will not be credited.

• RA numbers must be included on shipping carton.

• All merchandise returns are subject to a detailed inspection.

• Any merchandise unsuitable for resale will not be credited

• Do not adhere labels to retail packaging

• A minimum restocking fee of 25% will apply to all returns less than 30 days.

• A restocking fee of 40% will be applied to all returns between 31 and 60 days.

• Returns will not be accepted after 60 days.

• We will replace or repair defective items based on the manufacturer’s policy.

• All approved credits will be placed on your Complete Medical account for future use
